• Warranty

All blueGas nitrogen inflation systems are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year. This warranty does not cover any part that has been abused, altered, used for a purpose other than for which it has been intended, or used in a manner inconsistent with instructions from the manual. The exclusive remedy for any product found to be defective is repair or replacement, and Diagtronics, Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Final determination of defects shall be made by Diagtronics in accordance with procedures established by Diagtronics. No agent, employee, or representative of Diagtronics has any authority to bind Diagtronics to any affirmation, representation, or warranty concerning Diagtronics product, except as stated herein. Note that this warranty is expressly limited to person or company who purchase blueGas products for purposes of resale or use in the ordinary course of the buyer's business.
