Payment Terms:
All items in Online Store must be pre-paid by credit card. Typically credit card will be charged the day the item is shipped out. Depending on the location, customer should expect 3-7 days delay on the receipt of the merchanise after the credit card is possessed. For special-order item or merchanise shipped directly from the manufacturer, further delay should be expected.
Return and Refund Policy
1. For a refund or exchange, product(s) can be returned within 7 days of the received date:
- Items returned within 7 days are subjected to 15% restocking fee, less applicable shipping costs and cleaning charges.
- No refunds thereafter.
2. Original receipt must accompany any product to be returnted/ exchanged.
3. Product(s) returned must be in original box with original accessories and packaging in undamaged, clean and brand-new condition. $40 will be charged if not in clean condition.
4. Product that is returned incomplete, damaged, or has been used is not returnable, exchangedable or refundable. Damaged parts due to misuse by the owner will be charged according to the original price of the part. Refer to your distributor for a detailed price list of each part.
5. All returned check(s) are subjected to $25 fee.
6. All software products are sold "AS IS".
Free Shipping Program:
Free shipping applies only to items that we have in stock. For items that ship directly from the manufacturer, shipping will still apply.
FedEx Orders Totaling Over $2,000.00
- We now are offering free shipping for all FedEx ground orders totaling $699 or more.
- Based upon shipping damage body filler products cannot be shipped via UPS.
- This also does not include items that are shipped UPS oversize and shipments to HI and AK. Items going UPS oversize will only have to pay the oversize fee.
Freight Orders Totaling Over $2,000.00
- We are now offering free shipping on all motor freight orders over $2,000.
- We cannot offer free shipping for orders that ship directly from the manufacturer.
On all orders that qualify for the free shipping program, if the shipping is not calculated correctly please email us. We can adjusted the shipping after the order is placed.

Shipping & Handling: All orders will be shipped through Standard FedEx Ground or other freight companies.
Delivery Time: 95% of all orders get shipped within 1 or 2 business days upon payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for items which may not be in stock. Delivery time for FedEx ground is 1 to 6 business days, depending on location. If paid by credit card, credit card is being processed on the day the item is shipped from our warehouse.
Damaged Items: Please inspect all packages before accepting delivery. If item is damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt to acquire an RMA number. A replacement for the damaged item will be sent once damaged item is returned.
Back Orders: All orders will be shipped as complete as possible and any back orders will be shipped automatically with no extra expense.
Sales Tax: All shipments within California will be charged Sales Tax based on County.
